Built by a contractor who was tired of cold dinners

I'm Joe Soltis. I'm 63 years old and I still do the work myself: bathrooms, remodels, the jobs where you're on your knees all day. I own JJS Home Repairs and Remodeling LLC in Pennsylvania, registration PA#124555. You can look me up.

I created this estimating tool because I know what it's like doing estimates. I don't like doing them. They take forever. You walk the job, take your measurements, then sit up at night writing it all out while your family eats without you.

The quote is the part nobody pays you for. Lose a day writing it and the guy who got his in first usually gets the job.

So I built QuickBidAI. Talk through the job or type your scope and measurements, and you get a clean, professional proposal with a real materials list, ready to email before you leave the driveway. You check it, fix what needs fixing, and send it.

It's a small company, and that's me answering the support email. If something doesn't work the way a contractor needs it to, tell me and I'll fix it.
