Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

The service and your review obligation

QuickBidAI helps contractors draft estimates and proposals from information they provide. Generated content is a draft. You must inspect, edit, and approve every scope, quantity, price, term, and other detail before relying on or sending it. The separate AI Estimate Disclaimer is part of these terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Subscriptions, credits, and cancellation

Prices and included features are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You may cancel through the available billing controls; cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues through the paid billing term unless otherwise stated.

Proposal credits may be subject to the limits shown at purchase and have no cash value. Payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

Acceptable use

You may not use QuickBidAI to break the law, violate another person's rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass access or payment controls, misrepresent generated content as verified when it is not, or collect or expose information without permission.

Our property

QuickBidAI, its software, branding, design, and service content remain the property of QuickBidAI and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Electronic communications

You agree that account, billing, proposal-delivery, security, and service communications may be provided electronically. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, risk to the service or others, nonpayment, fraud, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBidAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, profitability, or results. We are not responsible for decisions, bids, contracts, losses, code issues, or customer disputes arising from content you submit, generate, edit, or send.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBidAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid QuickBidAI during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify QuickBidAI from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your proposals or contracting work, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact
